GET /api/v1/live/berlin/verkehrsmeldungen

Live traffic messages for Berlin (Mobilithek DATEX-II)

Returns Berlin traffic messages (SenMVKU, DATEX-II SituationPublication) in the live envelope. The meta block additionally carries as_of (data timestamp) and refresh_seconds (update cadence). As long as the certificate and subscription are not set up -> 200 source_status="disabled" (never 5xx); no data packet -> 200 source_status="no_data". Live data only, kept in the Redis cache.

This endpoint takes no parameters.
