Land values MCP server for German cities (BORIS)
Official standard land values (BORIS) per city directly in Claude or ChatGPT, through InfraNode's free, keyless MCP tool.
What the MCP tool does
The land-values data type (via the get_city_resource MCP tool) returns a building-land metric per city: median, minimum and maximum standard land value in EUR per square meter plus the reference date. The AI agent calls it when you ask about a city's property prices.
Use it in Claude or ChatGPT
Connect the InfraNode MCP server to your AI client once (see
set up the MCP server). After that a natural-language
question is enough, the assistant calls the get_city_resource tool
itself:
What is the standard land value in Cologne?
The MCP server is free, keyless and remote over Streamable HTTP at
https://mcp.infranode.dev/mcp. No API key, no install.
Prefer the REST API?
The same data is also available without an AI agent as a classic REST API, also free and keyless.
