What the MCP tool does

Are these readings from today?
No. PVGIS provides a climatological multi-year average, that is the long-term expected yield. For current weather there is the separate weather tool.
Does the value apply to my roof?
It applies to the city location under standard assumptions. Roof pitch, orientation and shading are not included; the solar cadastre of individual federal states covers that.
